Best Couple of the week

Bestowed with the honor of officially becoming Tokii’s first best couple of the week are… drumroll please – Mr and Mrs Benjamin Millipede.

A radiant looking Natalie Portman tied the knot with her choreographer fiancée this week in a star-lit intimate Jewish ceremony held in Big Sur, a town running alongside the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway.

The couple met when they worked together on the set of Black Swan, for which Natalie won the Best Actress Oscar, and stated during her acceptance speech that Ben  was her ‘beautiful love’ having given her the ‘…most important role of my life‘.

Favoring a low-profile over a typical showbiz lifestyle, Natalie and Ben are usually spotted out and about engaging in normal family activities with son Aleph.

Worst Couple of the week

Award for worst celebrity couple of the week absolutely has to go to K-Stew and R Pattz. Are these guys even a couple anymore? It’s anyone’s guess. With reports that Kirsten Stewart is inconsolable and has been left devastated by Rob Pattinsons refusals to see or speak to her, while he hides out at Water for Elephants co-star Reese Witherpoons ranch gaining a little head-space to work out just what in the hell to do next.

If you’ve been living on Mars for the last couple of weeks, you may not be aware of the recent scandalous revelations that Kirsten cheated on Rob with the married director Rupert Sanders. Sanders is said to be trying everything possible to get back in wifeLiberty Ross’s good books. If she does take him back – our bet is he’ll be sleeping on the couch for a while yet…

In a hilarious skit, Will Ferrell poked gentle fun at Twihard fans of the couple, describing Stewart as a ‘trampire’ for her recent rumored infidelities. With Rob scheduled to appear on Good Morning America on August 15th in a much anticipated interview – we wonder where the road leads for this former golden couple.

Maybe they’ll be able to work through this – maybe not. There is nothing fair about an affair, yet it doesn’t have to be the end… Rob and Kirsten could benefit from using our After the Affair DiscoveryGame should they decide to move forward…

Best celebrity single of the week

Our favorite celebrity singleton of the week has to go to one Heidi Klum seen goofing around in a Viking helmet and generally having a blast at a New York party, thrown to celebrate the live adaptation of the Dreamworks animated feature film How to Train Your Dragon.

Heidi, who’s in the process of going through a very public relationship split from singer Seal, managed to look positively gorgeous while still clearly thoroughly enjoying herself and not taking life all too seriously.

Given that her very recent ex and father of her children, has already recently been spied with new arm candy, she could be forgiven for being sat at home in tatty PJ’s, moping into a tub of Ben and Jerrys and watching old Friends re-runs – but oh no, that’s certainly the way to do it.

She just exudes sexiness – by embracing independence and being a confident and capable woman, refraining from turning into a crumbling mess after the break up and maintaining her dignity and zest for life. Something tells us Ms Klum won’t be on the market for long…

Worst celebrity single of the week

Not quite a celebrity single but if recent rumors are to be believed – not too far away from becoming one, Jennifer Lopez was snapped this week spending some family time, with much younger man Casper Smart amidst speculation the pair are on the rocks.

Jennifer, who’s little black book of exes reads like an A-List who’s who, is alleged to be fed up and frustrated with the 25-year-old backing dancer and according to a source, speaking to People magazine, “‘He’s moved into her life – and a little too easily, too. I think her family is watching him closely.”

Lopez, who remains on good terms with father of her children, Latin actor Marc Anthony, is also reputed to be very unhappy over a rumored trip by Smart to visit an ‘exotic massage parlor’…Uh oh… Is the fling winding up – or are they just encountering their first choppy waters in the seas of true love? Has the latest Mr.J.Lo got some…dirty little secrets?

Best date night of the week

Our favorite narcissistic motor mouth Mr John Mayer was spied this week enjoying a clandestine date with newly divorced pop princess Katy Perry at Los Angeles Four Seasons hotel. The new couple – who were allegedly on the second date of the week after a night at the trendy Chateau Marmont – were seen entering separately with Katy being described as “…looking sheepish”.

So what could their night have been made up of? Well the luxury resort boasts some extremely tastefully decorated rooms and lavish suites, plus if they wanted to take advantage of the balmy Californian summer they’ve got the option of al-fresco room service – sampling delights from an extensive and mouth watering menu – as all rooms feature French doors to a step-out balcony providing incredible views of the Hollywood Hills, L.A and Beverley Hills…
